FILTER KITS
Pro Flow Filter Kits - The Pro Flow K&N kits are one of the most important performance modifications you can do to any quad. The billet alloy base plate increases air flow by channelling the air into the carburettor at a much higher velocity, unlike the stock design the billet plate provides a positive O-Ring seal to prevent debris entering the engine. The Kit comes with a K&N filter and filter wear cover. The filter fixes to the billet adaptor by worm drive hose clamps. Another great benefit of this kit is that it allows you to maximize your air flow in dry conditions by simply removing the air box lid and jet the carburettors to suit for a massive increase in power. These kits are available for most model quads.
 
  Pro Flow Foam Filter Kit - Pro Design have looked at the standard air boxes on most ATV's and have identified a number of problems, Pro Design have fixed these problems by formulating their own high flow filter kit to suit most sport ATV models. All kits come with a billet alloy adaptor that bolts into the air box and utilizes a O-ring seal to prevent dust, dirt and debris from entering the intake track. The filter is then clamped by a worm drive hose clamp to the billet adaptor. The kit also comes with a dual stage foam filter which is washable and reusable. For even more performance this kit will allow the removal of the stock air box lid, rejetting of the carburettor will be required.

K&N Air Filters - K&N make an extensive range of stock replacement filters. Each filter is designed to fit straight into the stock air box and require no modifications. K&N filters are constructed of a pleated multi-layered oil impregnated surgical cotton fabric, that is bonded to a wire mesh and then is molded into a rubber end.
  Redline Air Filter Oil & Cleaner Kit -  has been specially formulated to service and protect cotton gauze filters. The kit includes one simple to use 150ml pump spray bottle of cleaner, plus one aerosol can 150g net of filter oil. The oil is conveniently coloured red so visually you can see where you have applied oil to the filter.

Outerwear's Filterwear's Cover - Outerwear's make a full range of K&N filter covers. Made out of a special micro-fibre polyester, these covers help prolong the life of your filter by repelling water, dust and debris from choking up and damaging your filter.
  Outerwear's Air Box Covers - Outerwear's have come out with this great new air box cover that replaces your stock air box lid, increases air flow, repels dust and water and is easily fitted with a velcro attachment to the side of your air box. The stock lid can be easily re-installed as needed. Caution: jetting changes will be required if the stock air box lid is removed or modified. If airbox lid is removed, a Pro Design Filter Kit will be required on most models.
Xstream Powerlid - The Xstream Powerlid replaces the stock airbox lid. It snaps in place and requires no airbox modifications. This lid allows increased airflow for more horsepower and eliminates the restrictive intake snorkel. The Xstream Powerlid uses K&N washable and reusable filter technology. All powerlids include carburettor jets and a "precharger" wrap.
